Hi there! For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in People Ops, helping startups navigate the sometimes chaotic process scaling up and hiring globally. Now, as an OSHA Compliance Coordinator, I get to focus on keeping our team safe, healthy, and supported. I also hold a SPHR certification.

I’ve called Eugene home since 2007. My life outside of work is busy. I’m married, we have two daughters, and our house is a bit of a mini-zoo with two dogs, a cat, and a hedgehog! You’ll usually find us out on an outdoor adventure or digging in our garden.
