Ben Fahlgren

Hi there! For the past 15 years, I’ve had the genuine privilege of working in People Ops, helping startups navigate the beautiful chaos of scaling up and hiring globally. Now, as an OSHA Compliance Coordinator (and certified SPHR), I get to focus on keeping our people safe, healthy, and truly supported.

I’ve called Eugene home since 2007. My life outside of work is happily busy. I’m married, we have two wonderful daughters, and our house is a bit of a joyful mini-zoo with two dogs, a cat, and a hedgehog! You’ll usually find us out on an outdoor adventure or digging in our garden.
