Professional Biography
As the Project Specialist for the Business, Technology & Trades Division at Lane Community College, I provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and budgetary support that helps keep our division running efficiently. I enjoy creating organized systems, improving processes, and supporting faculty, staff, students, and leadership through thoughtful communication and dependable service.
I bring more than 20 years of experience in administrative operations, accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, budget coordination, and customer service. My professional background includes serving in accounting and administrative roles across multiple industries. I spent eight years in property management, including overseeing a 440-unit campus housing division where I managed financial records, leasing operations, vendor relationships, and day-to-day property operations with minimal supervision. My experience also includes working in manufacturing with Farwest Steel, as well as administrative and accounting roles with Willamette Valley Harley-Davidson, where I handled accounts payable, purchasing, title processing, vendor management, and financial operations.
Throughout my career, I have been known for my attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to build positive working relationships. I enjoy finding practical solutions, streamlining processes, and supporting teams in ways that allow others to focus on their own success.
I am currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management at Lane Community College to continue expanding my leadership and organizational expertise. I am passionate about lifelong learning, continuous improvement, and serving others with professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
